Order 48 hours ahead
Especially for Friday–Sunday parties or holidays. Call your local store if you're under 24 hours out and we'll see what we can do.
Plan ~1.5 servings per guest
People go back for seconds when the food's good. A Fajita Fiesta covers 6–8 well; for 12, stack with a Mexican Sampler.
Set up a build-your-own bar
Lay tortillas, proteins, rice, beans, and toppings out separately. Lets guests build to taste — and stretches the pack further.
Don't skip the chafing kit
